Our goal is to get your order to you on time and in excellent condition. We offer standard ground(3-7 business days), 2nd Day (delivery by 8 PM on the 2nd business day), and Next Day (excluding Saturday) delivery via UPS. Please note that we cannot ship to APO/PO addresses.

All orders placed before 2pm EST Monday to Friday will typically be processed by the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed by the following Tuesday. However, we may need between 1-5 business days to fill your order depending on the circumstances. 

• Please note that shipping and handling charges are per recipient. We do not control the real time rates that UPS provides. 

• For ground shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, please add $14.00 to the Standard Shipping and Handling Charge
• For Shipments to Canada, please add $10.00 to the Standard Shipping and Handling Charge, these shipments will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service
• Shipments to other international countries vary based on UPS zone and maybe shipped via different carriers. Please click on the "Determine Shipping and Handling" link in the shopping cart to determine the rate.
Customs Charges
For delivery to Canada and International Destinations you may be expected to pay a customs tax or duty on your order when it arrives. Since the amount you may be required to pay varies on the specific custom laws of each country, we have no way of determining what the amount may be. If you have any questions regarding duty or customs charges, please contact your local customs official or post office.
