Returns and Exchanges must be received within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Please note, personalized items (i.e. lettered jerseys) and mattresses and boxsprings are non-refundable. Also, per Pennsylvania state law, all headware is non-refundable. All products must not be used and in their original packaging with original tags attached to the product.
Please send the item(s) back within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Below are the procedures that you should be followed:
- Please use the original shipping box and packaging. A return label is provided below.
- For your protection, return the product insured via U.S. Mail. Be sure to keep a copy of your postage receipt.
- Enclose a copy of the packing list and postage receipt with the returned merchandise
